You just can't go wrong with Swedish Beers; you walk in the door and it's all smiling faces and welcoming chat. No-one is treated like a stranger.

I've been twice and each time met so many interesting people from all walks of mobile, media, and life - many of whom I've kept in touch with since, and done business with. Great fun and the best mobile get-together, period.

Swedish Beers has been going almost as long as the mobile content industry it supports! The principal of avoiding mobile or anything industry in the title, and just getting everyone "mobile" together for a beer (Swedish or otherwise) has always been the great thing about this event. Now a Barcelona staple, MWC wouldn't be the same without it!

I am a major fan of Swedish Beers. A good time all around with a veritable who's who in the mobile industry. Good (and actually fun) networking opportunty!

As a previous sponsor in the UK and Australia, I'd gladly recommend this event to others thinking about taking the plunge. Knowing the mobile world and the personalities within it as well as I do, I am fully aware that standard corporate PR doesn't hold too much stead in this area of the market. Rather you are better to try and get into the thick of it at ground level. Invariably Swedish Beers is a great opportunity to achieve this.

Best of the mobile crowd, best of the networking & social events! Swedish Beers is an essential part of MWC and with the huge success from last year there would be many sad faces if (God forbid) should the event not happen. But I can’t think of a better event to sponsor so I’m sure that instead there will be more than 500 jolly faces in Barcelona next month!

Swedish Beers in Barcelona is on my list of ESSENTIAL parties!

The amount of business that is carried out in the margins at events like this is huge - and it is where a lot of the 'unscheduled' meetings takes place.

One of my highlights from last year was meeting the charming and extremely capable Jasmine Aharon from Jajah - http://www.jajahdevblog.com...

I am not so sure about the 'Beer Fairy' title for Helen though - "Queen of Swedish Beer' would be better!

Swedish Beers is a great networking event: a really switched on crowd that cuts across the mobile industry. Everybody's friendly and up for a chat, making it much more relaxed -- and much more effective, IMO -- than many other similar events.

Swedish Beers reads like a who's who of the mobile industry but strips out all of the pompous ceremony that often accompanies similar events. Instead, it's a really easy way to network with people passionate about mobile.

The atmosphere is relaxed, informal and a great way to meet new people. Just Google Swedish Beers to see the impact!

Last year, Swedish beers kicked off MWC with a bang for us all, it really was a night to remember. It also became the location of choice to meet up for the rest of the week. I made friends and industry contacts at Swedish beers that night that will stay with me for a long time.

Swedish beers not only provides an opportunity to network with all of the lovely mobile industry folk but also provides a welcome change from the other stuff networking events!

It works, it has the backing and is an event that anyone serious in mobile SHOULD be attending - period!

I love Swedish beers for so many different reasons: it brings together the best of the mobile industry, it brings you into contact with people you just didnt know about before, and without fail you learn new things. Can't wait for the next one!

Swedish Beers is my favourite networking event of the last 10 years. A really friendly crowd of folks who know their onions, getting pleasantly pissed and doing business: I couldn't ask for more.
